YDC is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
1. Who we are

2. What information we collect
- Full name, phone number, email address and suburb
- Treatment request information and uploaded treatment plan documents
- For clinicians: AHPRA number, ABN, insurance details, coverage area and availability
We do not collect or store clinical records. Clinical notes are maintained solely by the treating clinician using their own practice management software.
3. How we collect your information
Directly from you when you submit a patient or clinician enquiry form on our website, or when you contact us by phone or email.
4. How we use your information
- Matching patients with suitable independent clinicians in their area
- Coordinating appointments and communications
- Collecting and holding payments on behalf of clinicians
- Responding to your enquiries and improving our services
We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.
5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access using secure encrypted systems. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting info@yourdenturechoice.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

Please read these Terms carefully before using YDC services. By submitting an enquiry or making a payment through YDC you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. About YDC
Your Denture Choice Pty Ltd (ABN: 55 695 613 908) is a coordination and referral platform connecting patients with independent registered mobile denture clinicians across Victoria, Australia. YDC is not a registered healthcare provider and does not provide, supervise, or direct clinical services.
2. Our role
When you submit an enquiry through YDC, we will review your treatment request, match you with a suitable independent clinician, coordinate scheduling and communication, collect and hold payment on behalf of the treating clinician, and facilitate the 3-month warranty process for new full dentures. YDC does not make clinical decisions, provide clinical advice, or take responsibility for clinical outcomes.
3. The treating clinician
The independent clinician is solely responsible for all clinical assessment, treatment decisions, impressions, fit, occlusion, and aftercare. Clinical notes are maintained solely by the treating clinician using their own practice management software. YDC does not hold or access your clinical records. Your clinical relationship is with the treating clinician, not with YDC.
4. Payments
All payments are made to YDC prior to treatment commencing. YDC collects and holds funds on behalf of the treating clinician and distributes them according to the agreed schedule. Denture clinical services are GST-free. YDC's platform coordination fee may include GST. A written quote will be provided before any payment is requested.
5. Warranty โ new full dentures only
For new full upper and/or lower dentures, YDC provides a 3-month warranty from the date of final delivery. A portion of the clinician's payment is held by YDC for 3 months. If a clinical issue arises, YDC will arrange a follow-up visit by a qualified clinician at no additional cost to you. The warranty covers fit and comfort issues arising from the original treatment. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. The warranty applies to new full dentures only โ not repairs, relines, remodelling, or other services.
6. Refunds and cancellations
- Before assessment: Full refund
- After assessment, before lab order: Refund minus travel fee and consultation fee
- Lab order placed: 50% refund โ lab costs already incurred
- Try-in stage completed: 10% refund only โ treatment is approximately 90% complete and materials are custom-made and cannot be reused
- Final denture delivered and accepted: No refund โ the 3-month warranty applies instead
- Patient dissatisfied with fit after delivery: A follow-up visit will be arranged at no additional cost within the warranty period
In the event of a patient's passing, the same refund stages apply and any unused funds will be returned to the family or estate.
Refunds are assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Clinical outcomes depend on individual circumstances. If you have a concern please contact us at info@yourdenturechoice.com.au and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
7. Travel fees
Travel fees are disclosed in your written quote before any appointment is confirmed. Travel fees already incurred at the time of a same-day cancellation may be charged.
8. Aftercare โ new dentures
- A 3-month comfort window applies for minor adjustments on new full dentures
- Up to two minor adjustments are included within this period
- Major remakes are subject to clinician assessment
- Lab manufacturing defects are covered under the laboratory's own warranty terms
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law: YDC is not liable for clinical negligence โ this is the sole responsibility of the treating clinician. YDC's liability is limited to the value of the coordination fee paid. YDC is not responsible for disputes arising from clinical treatment outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact us first in writing at info@yourdenturechoice.com.au. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and work with you in good faith before any escalation. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant Victorian consumer tribunal or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic). View Privacy Policy
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
